The Challenge
Stell came to Artium with a prototype for their Aerospace documentation platform that they needed to transform into a market-ready enterprise application. Their goal was to get their first client on the platform in one month and knew they needed Artium’s help to reach this goal.

The Solution
To start off the engagement, a team of three Artium engineers assessed and evaluated Stell’s prototype and worked closely with their business and engineering teams to determine which features needed to be incorporated in the MVP to provide value for their target audience.
From there we were able to rapidly iterate on the existing software to turn it into a robust and valuable system. We helped Stell hire a second developer and turned their software development team into a well oiled machine where the business objectives drove the product direction. We also made sure their engineering team had a clear backlog to work from which proved to be essential to getting the product to market on time.

The Outcome
With Artium’s help Stell was able to release their product before their one month deadline. Right as Artium engineers were rolling off the project Stell acquired their first customer!
Stell went on to raise $4 million in Seed funding, led by Long Journey Ventures and Cyan & Scott Banister. With this new capital they plan to expand their market presence and continue to build upon their product, specifically when it comes to its supply chain-focused functions.
